Medeiros

The Medeiros Family has 100 years in the tradition of manufacturing handmade carbon steel knives. Their story begins in the village named Treze de Janeiro, district of São Borja, now Santo Antônio das Missões in southern Brazil, where in the year 1907, the patriarch Porfirio de Souza Medeiros, along with his sons, began to fabricate small tools and implements for rural work with a blast furnace. Nowadays, the family tradition of fabricating the best Gaucho knives is carried out by Paulo and Valério Medeiros.
